On the occasion of our Christmas Party, Charles Gammell will deliver his lecture ‘The Story of Herat‘. Charles Gammell has worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross in Afghanistan. He is currently writing a book on the history of Herat.

Following the lecture a Persian dinner will be served by Mohsen Restaurant.

The Christmas Party is a ticketed event: you can purchase your online by clicking on the link below. Alternatively, please send a cheque with a stamped addressed envelope to the office. This event is restricted to members only.

Tickets cost £35 and your details will be collected from the payment page. Tickets will be posted about two weeks before the event. Places are limited to 70, so please apply early to avoid disappointment.
